Carlos Alazraqui is known for his role as Deputy James Oswaldo Garcia in RENO 911!. He is also the man behind the voice of Rocko from Rocko’s Modern Adventure, Lazlo from Camp Lazlo, and the Taco Bell Chihuahua.
By the way, July 20th is also Carlos’ birthday.

I’ve worked with both Jill and Carlos for many years. I met Johnny during the filming of “The Club” back in late 2009 and early 2010.
