		<description>Couldn&#039;t agree more. For someone who talks so much, he has so little proven history behind him. I know, I know it&#039;s &quot;never say die!&quot;, which is a great but monolithic belief. There is so much more to TRULY being great, that never gets posted to twitter or blogged about by the media. I would focus on those qualities if I were J Cal. 
 
After reading the way he handled an exiting employee from (virtually) defunct Mahalo.com, this past week, it is very clear as to his true colors.
