Windows 7: Troubleshooting System Crashes.

I installed Windows 7 Enterprise Edition RTM on my 15-inch MacBook Pro Core Duo. Everything seems to be working well initially. Most device drivers were installed by Windows 7. Boot Camp Windows Support took care of the rest of the drivers including the trackpad, iSight and keyboard drivers.

For some reasons after a few reboots, iSight driver kept crashing. At this point Apple has not officially supported Windows 7 yet.

As expected, Windows 7 prompted me to install some anti-malware software and I opted to install Microsoft Security Essentials Beta. Shortly after Windows 7 started crashing. I tried to roll back Windows 7 using System Restore, but unfortunately it failed. I tried uninstalling Microsoft Security Essentials Beta but it wouldn’t run under Safe Mode. Windows 7 always crashes unless it is in Safe Mode.

I am going re-format and install the system all over again.
